Billing details — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Domain registration data — required by ICANN/registries (registrant name, address, email, phone). WHOIS privacy is offered as an optional add-on where supported.
DNS records — if you manage DNS through your account.
Email service data — if you purchase optional mailbox or forwarding, we provision mailboxes on our mail infrastructure.
Technical logs — IP address, browser type, checkout events, and error logs for fraud prevention and support.
How we use information
Register and renew domain names with accredited registrar partners.
Deliver purchase confirmations, magic-link sign-in, and email setup instructions.
Provide DNS management and optional professional email.
Prevent abuse, process refunds where applicable, and comply with legal requests.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the service: domain registries and registrar partners (for registration), Stripe (payments), and our mail infrastructure provider (optional email). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain order and domain ownership records as long as you maintain domains with us. Email mailbox content is stored on our mail servers until you delete the mailbox or cancel the email add-on.

Contact us to request correction of registrant data or account deletion (subject to registry retention rules).

Security
Checkout uses Stripe. API keys and registrar credentials are stored server-side only. Sign-in uses time-limited magic links.
