Refund Policy

Domain registrations

Once a domain is successfully registered with the registry, registration fees are generally non-refundable. Registry and registrar costs are incurred immediately at registration. If registration fails and your payment was captured, we will refund the domain portion automatically or upon request.

WHOIS privacy add-on

If privacy was charged but could not be enabled for your TLD, contact us for a refund of the privacy fee.

Email add-ons

• If you paid for email forwarding or a mailbox and provisioning failed, contact us within 7 days — we will reprovision or refund the email portion.
• If provisioning succeeded, email add-ons follow the same annual term and are not refundable mid-term except where required by law.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

Contact us with your receipt email and domain name. Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full.

How to request help

Email the address on our Contact page from the same email used at checkout. Include your domain name(s) and order date. We respond within 2 business days.
